Jerilyn's Sewing School started in my basement in February 2007. It was created to teach children the skill and lost art of sewing. Using the Kids can Sew & Fashion Design sewing system, students can feel a sense of accomplishment very quickly as they make simple drawstring bags, then unstructured clothing for themselves. The school is now in a storefront in Cranston, with 10 available sewing machines and provides lessons to anyone ages 6 to 106. - Jerilyn
